Hajdu cheese is the oldest Kashkaval cheese brand in Lebanon and in the Middle East region. Hajdu also known as “Hajji” in the Arab countries was first created and introduced to the market in 1965 by Amine Aour, founder of Amine Aour Middle East Foods S.A.L. It is famously known as the first Kashkaval cheese produced in Hungary from fresh cow’s milk. The fine texture and unique taste renders Hajdu an addiction to all cheese lovers. It is also a tradition we all hold on to. When you say Hajdu, you say Kashkaval cheese.
